Fatty acid profile, meat color, pH value, and water holding capacity of the breast muscle of broiler chickens fed diets with various inclusion of dietary fat obtained from Hermetia illucens larvae. In addition, the growth performance results, i.e., body weight gain, feed intake, and feed conversion ratio, were measured. In vivo experiment was conducted on broiler chickens randomly assigned to 4 experimental groups with 10 replicates (10 birds per replicate). Growth performance results were obtained on 14, 21, 28, and 35 d, while selected meat quality traits were determined on 35 d.
