The dataset contains data on variables that were used to determine the determinants of backward and forward participation in global value chains (GVCs) in the agri-food sector. The data cover the countries of the European Union (EU) and the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) for the years 2001-2022. In addition, the dataset includes results on forward and backward participation in GVCs in the agri-food sector.
Backward_participation_graphs: graphs showing backward participation in GVC in EU and RCEP countries in agriculture and the food industry.
Forward_participation_graphs: graphs showing forward participation in GVC in EU and RCEP countries in agriculture and the food industry.
Variables and results: variables that were used to determine the determinants of backward and forward participation in GVC in the agri-food sector and results concerning the participation of the analyzed countries in GVC in the period 2001-2022; the folder also contains data that was used to create the graphs.
