The dataset comprises the source data underlying the analyses presented in the publication investigating the effects of resveratrol and its naturally occurring analogs (pterostilbene, piceatannol, and polydatin) on the adhesive, migratory, and invasive properties of human endometriotic 12Z cells. The study aimed to evaluate whether these compounds modulate key cellular processes associated with endometriosis progression, including extracellular matrix adhesion, migration, invasion, and expression of matrix metalloproteinases and their inhibitors. The dataset consists of four files provided in .csv and .xlsx formats, containing numerical experimental data used for statistical analyses and generation of figures presented in the associated publication. The files are organized according to the type of experiment and corresponding figure panels.The dataset includes:
Fig_1_Relative cell viability – relative cell viability data obtained using the MTT assay following treatment of 12Z endometriotic cells with resveratrol and its analogs. Data are presented as relative viability values normalized to untreated control cells.
Fig_2_MMP2 TIMP2 expression – gene and protein expression data obtained after treatment of 12Z cells. The dataset includes mRNA expression levels of MMP2 and TIMP2 assessed by RT-qPCR, as well as protein expression data for MMP2 obtained by ELISA analysis.
Fig_3_A_B_Relative cell adhesion – quantitative data from extracellular matrix adhesion assays evaluating the ability of treated 12Z cells to adhere to collagen type I and fibronectin substrates.
Fig_4_A_C_D_Migration Invasion – quantitative data describing cell migration and invasion capacity assessed using migration assays and Matrigel-coated invasion chambers.
The deposited files contain the numerical values corresponding to individual experimental measurements, including data used for statistical evaluation and graphical presentation. The organization of the files follows the structure of the publication, allowing direct association between datasets and corresponding figures.
