This collection contains the results of studies on the preparation of injectable gels, as a carriers of model IgG antibody, based on thermoresponsible, degradable and commercially available block copolymers of ethylene glycol and esters.

The aim of the study was to develop and optimize the process of gel formation under conditions similar to those prevailing at the site of carrier injection and release of the antibody in a controlled manner so that in the future the obtained carriers would have practical application in medical therapies.
