The measurement results were obtained during the implementation of a research project that received financial support from the National Science Center as part of the Sonata competition with registration number: 2020/39/D/ST3/02711. The data was collected at the Faculty of Physics of the Kazimierz Wielki University in Bydgoszcz. The research included an in-depth analysis of luminescent materials in the form of thin monocrystalline layers, deposited on simple and mixed substrates of aluminum-gallium garnets. In-depth structural, luminescence and photoconversion studies were carried out, taking into account both low and high temperatures. In addition, the potential applications of these materials were assessed. The subject of the research was mixed gallium-aluminum garnets enriched with cerium ions.
