The dataset provides information on stilbene accumulation in Vitis vinifera suspension-cultured cells exposed to uncommon nucleotides and cadmium. The study focuses on profiling secondary metabolites using high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Biological material included both cell samples and corresponding culture media collected at selected time intervals following treatment with NpnN compounds. Chromatographic analyses were performed, and compound identification was achieved by comparing detected signals with authentic standards such as resveratrol and piceid. The dataset consists of raw chromatographic outputs for both cellular and medium fractions, covering multiple treatment conditions involving different dinucleotides. These data enable assessment of treatment-dependent changes in phenolic metabolite levels.

Zbiór danych obejmuje analizę zmian w zawartości stilbenów w komórkach zawiesinowych winorośli (Vitis vinifera) pod wpływem działania zarówno niezwykłych nukleotydów, jak i kadmu. W badaniach skupiono się na ocenie akumulacji metabolitów wtórnych z wykorzystaniem wysokosprawnej chromatografii cieczowej (HPLC). Materiał do analiz stanowiły komórki hodowane w kulturze zawiesinowej oraz odpowiadające im próbki pożywek wzrostowych, pobierane w różnych punktach czasowych po traktowaniu związkami typu NpnN. Próbki analizowano chromatograficznie, a identyfikację poszczególnych związków przeprowadzano poprzez porównanie uzyskanych sygnałów z wzorcami referencyjnymi, takimi jak resweratrol i piceid.
