The dataset includes measurements of sun-induced chlorophyll fluorescence (SIF) and ecosystem gross primary productivity (GPP) collected at the Rzecin peatland (52.75°N, 16.30°E) in northwestern Poland between 26 June and 2 July 2019. SIF data were acquired using the FloX system at ~30 s temporal resolution, while meteorological variables (PAR, air temperature, vapor pressure deficit, rainfall, and water table depth) were recorded at 30 min intervals. The dataset enables analysis of diurnal SIF and GPP dynamics and their coupling under combined heat and drought stress conditions.

Zbiór danych obejmuje pomiary fluorescencji indukowanej przez promieniowanie słoneczne (SIF) oraz produktywności ekosystemu (GPP) wykonane na torfowisku Rzecin (52.75°N, 16.30°E) w północno-zachodniej Polsce w okresie od 26 czerwca do 2 lipca 2019 r. Dane SIF zostały zarejestrowane za pomocą systemu FloX w rozdzielczości czasowej ~30 s, natomiast dane meteorologiczne (PAR, temperatura powietrza, deficyt pary wodnej, opady, poziom wody gruntowej) pochodzą ze stacji automatycznej z rozdzielczością 30 min. Zbiór umożliwia analizę dziennych zmian SIF, GPP oraz ich wzajemnych zależności podczas stresu cieplnego i suszy.
