The data collected in 2022. Fine roots of Prunus serotina and P. padus as well as soil from under these trees were collected for the identification of fungi using molecular methods. Bristle plants in the immediate vicinity in the forests of the Siemianice Forest Experimental Plant (the buffer zone of the Dobrygość forest nursery), in the Oleśnica Forest District (area co-managed by the Center for Forest Environment Research and Game Breeding) and in the Łopuchówko Forest District (Mrowino). After extraction of environmental DNA, ITS1 and ITS2 rDNA, sequencing was performed using the Illumina SBS system at Genomed S.A. Poznań. Files were created in 2022 and updated in June 2023 by Marlena Baranowska.
