The database contains molecular models saved in the Protein Data Bank .pdb and .sdf format, taking into account their optimal location after docking to the bitter taste receptor molecule TAS2R13
Additionally, the dataset contains graphical diagrams of the pharmacophore model of molecules with TAS2R13 receptor fragments.
The selection of the active site and graphical presentation of the interactions with bitter taste receptors were conducted using programs available on the Protein.plus website. Docking to TAS2R13 receptor structures was prepared using Autodock Vina and the PyrX graphical editor
