The dataset contains data from behavioral test performed on 2, 4, and 12 months Blmh+/+, Blmh-/-, Blmh+/+5xFAD, and Blmh-/-5xFAD mice on standard diet and high-methionine diet. Dataset contains western blot and real-time PCR results of mTOR and autophagy markers performed in mouse brain and in N2A-APPswe cells treated with homocysteine metabolites and after Blmh and Phf8 silencing. Confocal microscope analysis of amyloid beta aggregation after silencing of Blmh and Phf8 or after treatments with homocysteine metabolites were collected. CHIP results of mTOR occupancy by H4K20me1 were generated by RT-qPCR method.
