Datasets contain white stork egg dimensions (length and breadth) recorded in completed clutched of the species in eleven different study sites, and five countries, spanning from 1924 to 2026. Based on limited number of white stork eggs collected in four study sites in Poland during the period 2005-2016, detailed measurements of eggshell thickness and concentrations of 17 chemical elements in eggshell and different areas of egg content were performed.
