The dataset comprises five files of data collected in 2025. Characterization of seed germination under arsenic exposure conditions in a Petri dish experiment in a growth chamber. Seeds were characterized by the number of seeds before the experiment, the number of germinated seeds, the number of ungerminated seeds, the number of damaged seeds, and seed length. The results comprise observations on seeds from the black locust, Silver birch, Austrian pine, Norway spruce, and Scots pine species.
