With the NCN reporting period nearing, we would appreciate it if you could send your data for review with sufficient lead time. Unfortunately, we will not be able to guarantee priority processing for all datasets received at once.
If you don't see your institution, add your dataset to the main dataverse named "RepOD".

The database contains voltammograms recorded using square-wave voltammetry (SWV) for a synthetic, double-stranded oligonucleotide with the following sequence 5'GTCAACTTCCGTACCGAGC, that was electrostatically deposited on the surface of a carbon paste working electrode, and then interacted with various concentrations of diadenosine triphosphate (Ap3A)/diadenosine tetraphosphate (Ap4A) and/or allicin/S-allylcysteine. Detailed information on the methods, sequence of interactions, and compound concentrations can be found in the "Read me" file.
The data were recorded using a three-electrode system consisting of a working electrode – a carbon paste electrode, an AgCl reference electrode and a measuring electrode Pt. Double-stranded DNA was deposited on the outer layer of the working electrode using the +0.5V potential.
The files contain recorded signals in the form of current [μA] as a function of the gradually changing potential [V], corrected against the base signal – the background of the phosphate buffer used for research.
