This dataset accompanies the article “The local environment influences salt tolerance differently in four Salicornia europaea L. inland populations” and contains measurements of biomass, antioxidant enzyme activities (peroxidase, catalase, superoxide dismutase), and stress biomarkers (malondialdehyde, hydrogen peroxide, proline) of shoots and roots, from four inland populations of S. europaea: Inowrocław and Ciechocinek (Poland), and Salzgraben Salzdahlum and Soltauquelle (Germany). Data are provided in spreadsheet format (.ods) with separate worksheets for each trait category, enabling assessment of population-specific physiological responses to salinity.
