Description

Description of the data collected within the BiNatUr project:

  1. Hydrological and habitat data, including physicochemical parameters of water, information on water sources feeding the systems, hydrological dynamics, bank structure, and ecohydrological conditions.
  2. Hydromorphological conditions assessed using a modified River Habitat Survey (RHS) method.
  3. Data from field inventories of macrophyte species composition and vegetation cover, collected at 24 sampling sites.
  4. Detailed data on the abundance and taxonomic composition of aquatic macroinvertebrates.
  5. A comprehensive set of geochemical and toxicological data on bottom sediments, including concentrations of heavy metals measured using ICP‑MS and results from Ostracodtoxkit and Microtox toxicity tests.
  6. Qualitative data from expert interviews concerning the social and technical determinants of the functioning of urban nature‑based solutions (aquaNBS).
