Celem projektu było opracowanie narzędzia badawczego (kwestionariusza ankiety) oraz przeprowadzenie badań ankietowych dotyczących określenia wpływu linii władzy (chain of command) na wybrane obszary współczesnych organizacji w zależności od różnic kulturowych.
Zakres terytorialny badań: Wielka Brytania i Korea Południowa – kraje, w których kultury narodowe i organizacyjne istotnie różnią się m.in. w zakresie podejścia do zależności hierarchicznych (F. Trompenaars, G. Hampden-Turner (1998), G. Hofstede (1980, 2001), Moon et al. (2018)).
Dane uzyskane zostały w ramach realizacji projektu finansowanego przez Narodowe Centrum Nauki w konkursie Miniatura 4, pt. „Wpływ linii władzy na funkcjonowanie współczesnych organizacji. Perspektywa kultury narodowej”, o numerze 2020/04/X/HS4/01101.
