The dataset contains the result of the influence of homocysteine, homocysteine thiolactone and N-homocysteinylated protein on the autophagy process via PHF8. The dataset contains data from RT-qPCR and WB quantification after cells treated with specific microRNA inhibitor which regulates autophagy process, homocysteine, homocysteine thiolactone and N-homocysteinylated protein. HUVEC cells were used in those experiments. Hearts of Cbs deficient mice were used as in-vitro model.
