This dataset contains experimental data for Mn-substituted PrFeAs(O,F) iron-based superconductors synthesized by a conventional solid-state reaction method. The dataset includes powder X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns, structural refinement results, electrical resistivity and magneto-resistivity measurements, magnetic susceptibility and magnetization data, and superconducting parameters derived from transport and magnetic measurements. The data were collected to investigate the influence of Mn substitution on the structural, magnetic, and superconducting properties of PrFeAs(O,F).
Powder X-ray diffraction measurements were used to determine phase composition, crystal structure, and lattice parameters. Electrical resistivity and magneto-resistivity measurements were performed over a range of temperatures and magnetic fields to evaluate the evolution of the superconducting transition, normal-state transport behavior, and the effect of magnetic impurities on superconductivity. Magnetic measurements were carried out under zero-field-cooled (ZFC) and field-cooled (FC) conditions and from magnetic hysteresis loops to characterize the superconducting volume fraction, magnetic response, and critical current density.
The dataset provides structural, transport, and magnetic characterization of Mn-substituted PrFeAs(O,F) samples over a range of Mn concentrations. The data are supplied in text-based formats suitable for independent analysis, and reuse in future studies of iron-based superconductors and the effects of magnetic impurity substitution on superconductivity.
