This dataset contains experimental data for fluorine-substituted SmFeAsO1−xFx superconductors synthesized using a high-pressure growth technique. The deposited files include powder X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns, Raman spectra, temperature-dependent electrical resistivity measurements, magneto-resistivity data collected under applied magnetic fields, Arrhenius analyses derived from magneto-resistivity measurements, magnetization measurements, and the fluorine substitution-dependent phase diagram constructed from transport and magnetic characterization data.
The XRD data were collected to determine crystal structure, phase purity, and lattice parameters. Raman spectroscopy measurements were performed to investigate vibrational properties and structural evolution with fluorine substitution. Electrical resistivity and magneto-resistivity measurements were carried out over a range of temperatures and magnetic fields to evaluate superconducting transition temperatures and vortex dynamics. Magnetization measurements were used to characterize the superconducting and magnetic properties of the samples. The phase diagram summarizes the evolution of structural and superconducting properties as a function of fluorine concentration.
The dataset includes raw and processed data files used to generate the figures and analyses reported in the associated publication. Data are provided in text-based formats suitable for independent verification, reanalysis, and reuse by researchers studying iron-based superconductors.
Please note that:
In the publication: Figure2 presents representative backscattered electron (BSE) images of SmFeAsO1−xFx samples obtained by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). No numerical data files are associated with this figure; therefore, no dataset is included for Figure 2.
