Title of Dataset: Interplay between m6A modification and overall transcripts quantity: Impacts on mRNA composition in plant stress granules - transcriptomic data
The datasets contain data from RNA-seq analysis of 9 libraries obtained from narrow-leafed lupin (Lupinus angustifolius) roots grown under physiological conditions, 15-hour hypoxia and 6-hour reoxygenation, described in publication 'Interplay between m6A modification and overall transcripts quantity: Impacts on mRNA composition in plant stress granules'.
