Research data for publication funded by the GREEN-MAP project. In preliminary studies, the activity of biodegradable polyester matrices containing conjugated bioactive compounds was verified. Bioactive natural poly(3-hydroxybutyrate-co-3-hydroxyvalerate) (PHBV) was prepared via a melt transesterification route. Molecular weight of the bioactive PHBV films before and after use, measured by GPC. On the basis of the obtained results from tests simulating field conditions, it was found that the innovative, slow-release MCPA-PHBV conjugate was effective.
Dane badawcze do publikacji finansowanej z projektu GREEN-MAP. We wstępnych badaniach zweryfikowano aktywność biodegradowalnych matryc poliestrowych zawierających sprzężone związki bioaktywne. Bioaktywny naturalny poli(3-hydroksymaślan-ko-3-hydroksywalerianian) (PHBV) przygotowano drogą transestryfikacji w stanie stopionym.
