The main goal of the project is to conduct research on the aggregation of a thermosensitive copolymer that can be used to obtain nanoparticles that can transport medicinal substances. A random copolymer of oligoethylene glycol methyl ether methacrylate and 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate obtained by ATRP radical polymerization was used for the research. The composition of the copolymer was selected so that its transition temperature was close to the physiological temperature. The tests of the reaction of copolymers to temperature changes were carried out in DMEM and solutions containing selected individual substances included in this culture medium and their simple mixtures. The influence of substances contained in solutions on the size of aggregates formed in the solution was determined.
