W repozytorium zdeponowano chromatogramy uzyskane w trakcie realizacji projektu w ramach którego została przeprowadzona optymalizacja rozdzielania trzynastu trójpierścieniowych ciekłokrystalicznych mieszanin racemicznych otrzymanych na bazie (R,S)-2-heksanolu na enancjomery metodą izokratyczną i gradientową oraz określono kolejności elucji enancjomerów. Do badań zastosowano wysokosprawną chromatografię cieczową (chromatograf Shimadzu, Kyoto, Japonia). Mieszaniny racemiczne poddane badaniom należały do tego samego szeregu homologicznego (różniły się ilością grup metylenowych i sposobem podstawienia pierścienia benzenowego). W trakcie badań zmieniane były układy rozpuszczalników i ich stężenia objętościowe, prędkość przepływu fazy ruchomej oraz ilość dozowanej próbki. Wszystkie analizy zostały wykonywane w temperaturze pokojowej.
The repository contains chromatograms obtained during the implementation of the project under which the optimization of the separation of thirteen racemic liquid crystalline mixtures with three benzene rings obtained on the basis of (R,S)-2-hexanol into enantiomers by the isocratic and gradient method was carried out, and the elution order of the enantiomers was determined. High-performance liquid chromatography (Shimadzu chromatograph, Kyoto, Japan) was used for the study. The racemic mixtures subjected to the tests belonged to the same homologous series (they differed in the number of methylene groups and the method of substitution of the benzene ring). During the tests, the solvent systems and their volume concentrations, the flow rate of the mobile phase and the amount of the dosed sample were changed. All analyzes were performed at room temperature.
