A simple and unified protocol to purify all seven Escherichia coli RNA polymerase sigma factors. J Appl Genet. 2024 May 6. doi: 10.1007/s13353-024-00870-3. and presented in Table 1 of this publication, were calculated based on the protein concentrations established with Qubit Protein Assay (Invitrogen; ThermoFisher Scientific cat. no. Q33212).
