Research data for publication funded by the GREEN-MAP project. In order to determine the molecular weight and dispersity of polymers to ensure future processability and sterilisation method, the influence of various processing methods on the properties of selected biodegradable polymers was investigated. Among other things, it was investigated (NMR, GPC, DSC, and ESI-MS) the impact of the welding process on the structure and properties of (bio)degradable PLA and poly(3-hydroxyalkanoate) (PHA) welds and their ability to undergo hydrolytic degradation. The aim of this study was to demonstrate the need for precise evaluation of the structure, properties, and behaviour of advanced biodegradable polymer packing materials in order to avoid potential failures of the commercial products to be manufactured from them.
Dane badawcze do publikacji finansowanej z projektu GREEN-MAP. W celu określenia masy cząsteczkowej i dyspersji polimerów aby zapewnić przyszłą przetwarzalność i sposób sterylizacji zbadano wpływ różnych metod przetwórstwa na właściwości wybranych polimerów biodegradowalnych.
