Oceniliśmy wpływ inhibitorów telomerazy TMPyP4, BIBR 1532 lub imetelstatu na zdolność komórek raka piersi MCF7 i MDA-MB-231 do tworzenia sferoidów. TMPyP4 znacząco osłabił potencjał adhezyjny i zdolność obu linii komórkowych do tworzenia sferoidów. Leczenie BIBR 1532 nie wykazało żadnego efektu w komórkach MCF7, podczas gdy wykazywało pewien efekt w komórkach MDA-MB-231, chociaż efekt ten był mniej rozległy w porównaniu z TMPyP4.
