Dataset files are stored in the EEG Raw folder - it contains raw EEG signals (without any pre-processing) saved in two folders: ADHD and Control, which contain subfolders F and M (corresponding to the participant's gender), which contain signals from individuals (the folder number corresponds to the participant's ID) in .mat files.
The folder with ID number contains 3 subfolders:
● Session 1:
1_OpenEyes_Raw.mat - Measurement in relaxation with eyes open (5 min) 2_ClosedEyes_Raw.mat - Measurement in relaxation with eyes closed (5 min)
● Session 2:
3_Stroop_Raw.mat - Emotional Stroop Test (5 min)
4_SignalStop_Raw.mat - Stop Signal Test (2 min)
5_Flanker_Raw.mat - Eriksen Flanker Test (3 min)
6_Go_NoGo_Raw.mat - Go/no-go Test (4 min)
7_SelectiveAttention_Raw.mat - Selective Attention Test (5-6 min)
● Session 3:
8_OpenEyes_Raw.mat - Measurement in relaxation with eyes open (3 min) min)
9_ClosedEyes_Raw.mat - Measurement in relaxation with eyes closed (3 min)
The duration of the signals, and therefore the length of the files, particularly in the signals from Session 2, varied between participants and depended on the time it took a specific person to complete the tasks.
The raw EEG signal was divided into task-specific fragments and saved in .mat files from 1_OpenEyes_Raw.mat to 9_ClosedEyes_Raw.mat, in the form of a table in which columns:
- 1-19 correspond to EEG channels: Fp1_AA, Fp2_AA, F7_AA, F3_AA, Fz_AA, F4_AA, F8_AA, T3_AA, C3_AA, Cz_AA, C4_AA, T4_AA, T5_AA, P3_AA, Pz_AA, P4_AA, T6_AA, O1_AA, O2_AA (representing the potential difference between a given electrode and the average of A1 and A2),
- 20 is time in seconds,
- 21 is clock time. Data | |
