Zbiór danych zawiera informacje na temat luki czynszowej w Polsce w latach 2010-2022. Luka czynszowa oznacza udział gospodarstw domowych, które mają dochody zbyt niskie, aby uzyskać dostęp do odpowiednich mieszkań za pośrednictwem rynku komercyjnego, a jednocześnie nie otrzymują odpowiedniego wsparcia od państwa, aby zaspokoić swoje minimalne potrzeby mieszkaniowe.
W badaniu podzielono gospodarstwa domowe na osiem grup w zależności od ich sytuacji mieszkaniowej. Dane zostały wyliczone na reprezentatywnej próbie gospodarstw domowych z badania EU-SILC.
Zbiór zawiera dane na temat luki czynszowej w podgrupach gospodarstw domowych według ich cech społeczno-demograficznych - kompozycji, wieku, stopnia urbanizacji, sytuacji finansowej (kwintyl rozkładu dochodów), regionu, właściciela mieszkania, a także sposobu uzyskania prawa do użytkowania mieszkania (własność lub najem).
