Underlying research materials for a prospectively registered systematic review (PROSPERO CRD420261427480) of the evidence on alcohol consumption and cardiovascular and all-cause mortality in Poland and the wider Central and Eastern European region, reported under PRISMA 2020 and synthesised following the Synthesis Without Meta-analysis (SWiM) guideline. Records were identified from PubMed/MEDLINE and ClinicalTrials.gov on 18 June 2026, with a publication-date restriction from 1 January 1998; 107 of 1,591 screened records were included. The deposit contains five files and a readme. File 01 is the extraction dataset: 124 rows, one per reference in the article reference list, with the 107 included studies flagged and characterised by design, country or region, alcohol exposure, outcome, key finding and risk-of-bias rating. File 02 gives the PRISMA 2020 record counts at every screening stage with itemised reasons for exclusion. File 03 gives the four study-level effect estimates displayed in Figure 2 of the article. File 04 records the executed search strings with result counts and the search date. File 05 is a Python 3 script (matplotlib) that reproduces Figure 2 from file 03. Clinical and methodological heterogeneity precluded meta-analysis. The estimates in file 03 are values reported by individual included studies and were not pooled; no pooled estimate forms part of this deposit or of the article.

A record-level screening log for the 1,591 records screened is not included, because the screening workflow did not retain the decision trail in an exportable form. The aggregate screening outcome is reported in full in file 02 and the record set is reproducible from the search strategies in file 04.
