This database contains raw toxicology data collected from Danio rerio (zebrafish). The toxicological assessment was performed in order to assess the potential developmental toxicity of the disulfiram-morphine combination designed as a potential future antihyperalgesic treatment. The data represents the number of zebrafish larvae with inflated vs. uninflated swimbladders (morphology_Danio_swimbladder); having a properly developed yolk sac (morphology_Danio_yolk_sac) and normal body axis (morphology_Danio_body_axis). The zebrafish embryos/larvae were treated with disulfiram (0.1 and 1 micromolar concentrations) and morphine (from 0.1-100micromolar concentration) alone and in combination for 117h.
