Data from publiaction "Developing the strategy to use silk spheres for efficient, targeted delivery of oligonucleotide therapeutics to cancer cells."

Each ZIP archive contains a readme.txt file with detailed description of the files.

ConfocalMicroscopy.zip - Results of the analysis of spheres internalization using confocal microscopy. FITC-Concanavalin A was used for staining cell surface carbohydrates (green), silk spheres were labeled with Cy5 (red), and nucleus was stained with DAPI (blue). Scale bar - 10 μm.

PhysicochemicalProperties.zip - Results of the physicochemical analysis of spheres, including data from SEM, Zetasizer, Nanosight, and loading efficiency.

FlowCytometry.zip - Results of the analysis of spheres binding to cells using flow cytometry.

ProteinOligoBinding.zip - Results of the efficiency of siRNA binding to spider silk proteins.

ProteinsSDSPAGE.zip - Results of SDS-PAGE gel stained with Roti Blue.

qPCR.zip - Results of STAT3 silencing using siRNA delivered by silk spheres.

SpheresCytotoxicity.zip - Results of the cytotoxicity analysis of spheres.
