Data from publiaction "Development of a doxorubicin resistance model in HER2- and HER2+ breast cancer to analyze potential therapy targets and drug delivery methods."

Each ZIP archive contains a readme.txt file with a detailed description of the included files and data structure.

CellMorphology.zip – Microscopy images illustrating morphological differences between chemosensitive and chemoresistant cells. Chemoresistance was established through long-term exposure to increasing concentrations of doxorubicin.

DoxCytotoxicity.zip – Results of cytotoxicity analysis assessing the effect of doxorubicin on chemosensitive and chemoresistant cancer cells using the MTT viability assay.

qPCRChemresVsChemsens.zip – Results of quantitative PCR analysis comparing gene expression levels between chemosensitive and chemoresistant cells.

qPCRStat3silengingwithLipofectamine.zip – Results of qPCR analysis evaluating the efficiency of Stat3 silencing using lipofectamine-mediated siRNA delivery and the impact of Stat3 silencing on selected Stat3-related genes.

qPCRStat3sileningwithSpheres.zip – Results of qPCR analysis evaluating the efficiency of Stat3 silencing using sphere-mediated siRNA delivery and the impact of Stat3 silencing on selected Stat3-related genes.

WesternBlot.zip – Western blot images showing protein levels of Stat3 and phosphorylated Stat3, with β-actin used as a loading control, in chemosensitive and chemoresistant cells as well as in cells after siRNA-mediated Stat3 silencing.

WoundHealing.zip – Results of cell migration analysis obtained from wound healing assays performed using the IncuCyte live-cell imaging system, including microscopy images with confluence and wound masks and quantitative measurements of wound closure including comparisons between chemosensitive and chemoresistant cells and experiments involving Stat3 silencing and doxorubicin treatment.

Proliferation.zip – Time-resolved measurements of cell proliferation obtained using the IncuCyte live-cell imaging system under different experimental conditions, including comparisons between chemosensitive and chemoresistant cells and experiments involving Stat3 silencing and doxorubicin treatment.

SupplementaryData.zip – Additional datasets supporting the main analyses, including raw proliferation data from IncuCyte experiments provided as independent biological replicates (R1–R3), used for comparisons between control (siLuc), Stat3-silenced cells (siStat3), and conditions with or without doxorubicin treatment.
