Research data includes original files from the following experiments: (1) results of docking of IL-4-X, IL-4-Y, SDF-1-X, and SDF-1-Y peptides to IL4R and CXC4 receptors using the UNRES force field according to the MREMD procedure; (2) results of peptide binding kinetics to receptors for canonical MD to determine kinetic rate constants; (3) results of MST (microscale thermophoresis) measurements for IL-4-X and IL-4-Y peptides; and (4) results from CD (circular dichroism) measurements for peptides in 50TFE, 100% TFE, water and PBS buffer.
The dataset includes in its scope the raw research results contained in the article. Research data will be made available when the article is accepted for publication.

Dane badawcze zawierają pliki oryginalne z następujących eksperymentów: 1) wyniki dokowania peptydów IL-4-X, IL-4-Y, SDF-a-X oraz SDF-1-Y do receptorów IL4R oraz CXC4 z wykorzystaniem pola siłowego UNRESwedług procedury MREMD; 2) wyniki kinetyki wiązania się peptydów z receptorami dla kanonicznego MD do określania stałych szybkości kinetycznej; 3) wyniki pomiarów MST (termoforeza mikroskalowa) dla peptydów IL-4-X oraz IL-4-Y oraz 4) wyniki z pomiarów CD (dichroizm kołowy) dla peptydów w 50% TFE, 100% TFE, wodzie i buforze PBS.
