The dataset contains:
1. Results for fresh blueberry juice (FBj):
- pH for optimization
- acquired data of ascorbic acid concentration for optimization
- pH for validation
- acquired data of ascorbic acid concentration for validation
2. Results for beverage producer blueberry juice (BPBj):
- pH
- conductivity
- color results
- acquired data of ascorbic acid concentration
- OES results
- temperature
- acquired data of UV/Vis profiles
The dataset is hosted in .txt format and was exported with the use of Microsoft Excel.
Abbreviations:
AA - ascorbic acid
BPBj - beverage producer blueberry juice

MAX - maximum treatment conditions
MIN - minimal treatment conditions
NT - non-treated
OES - optical emission spectrometry
