The data covers selected digital news media content, YouTube content, digital media diaries, in-depth interviews, and movie productions. The study employed discourse theoretical analysis (DTA), film language analysis.
The data was collected as part of the project titled "Papal Authority Transformed by Changes in Communication," which was conducted at the University of Silesia in Katowice between the years 2019 and 2024. The project received funding from the National Science Centre, Poland (grant no. 2019/35/B/HS2/00016) under the Opus 18 scheme.
The data was prepared in Polish due to the fact that most of the material analysed in the study was in Polish. Only File 4: Movies_ Coded_Segments contains the analysis of material in English.
