This dataset contains raw and processed data from the in vitro release study of agomelatine from hydrogel formulations intended for coating 3D-printed microneedle systems. The dataset includes chromatographic peak areas, calculated agomelatine concentrations, calculated drug amounts, cumulative amounts normalized to diffusion area, mean values and standard deviations.
The release study was performed using diffusion cells. Samples were collected at defined time points from 0 to 720 minutes and analyzed by high-performance liquid chromatography. The dataset includes results from six diffusion cells and calculation parameters such as chamber volume, sample volume, calibration curve coefficients and diffusion area.
