Description

Expression of secreted novel AID/APOBEC-like deaminase 1 (SNAD1) in carp: tissue distributrion and response to temperature acclimation, and viral and bacterial infection: raw data

The purpose of this study was to investigate expression of carp snad1 in relation to tissue distribution, temperature acclimation, and viral and bacterial infection.

The dataset contains 2 directories with 8 excel spreadsheets, showing real time PCR expression data. 

The directory 1 "Expression of snad1_810 in carp tissue library" contains 4 files in .ods format, containing data on expression of snad1-810. Tissues library data are shown as normalized copy numbers, other results as fold change.

The directory 2 "Expression of genes encoding for potential SNAD1 in carp liver" contains 4 files in .ods format, containing data on expression of 13 snad_1 genes (snad1-063, snad1-160, snad1-208, snad1-316, snad1-409, snad1-448, snad1-506, snad1-769, snad1-800, snad1-810, snad1-835, snad1-946 and snad1-962) in carp liver. Data are shown as normalized copy numbers.
