SEM_PEAL_200x.tif - scanning electron microscope VEGA 3 (TESCAN) was used. Analyses for SEM_PEAL_200x were done with an accelerating voltage of 10 kV and and magnification 200x.

SEM_PEAL_1kx.tif - scanning electron microscope VEGA 3 (TESCAN) was used. Analyses for SEM_PEAL_1kx were done with an accelerating voltage of 10 kV and and magnification 1kx.
