This dataset contains data from the stability study of 3D-printed microneedle systems containing agomelatine. The dataset includes chromatographic peak areas and calculated agomelatine concentrations and amounts for samples analyzed at day zero, after 3 months, and after 6 months of storage.
The tested systems included microneedles fabricated using MSLA and PolyJet 3D-printing techniques. The systems differed in microneedle geometry and drug-loading strategy. Agomelatine was introduced either by coating the microneedles with ethanol-based or suspension hydrogel formulations or by direct incorporation into a photocurable resin.
The dataset includes raw chromatographic peak area values, calculated concentrations, calculated agomelatine amounts, mean values, standard deviations, information on dilution, and values below the limit of quantification.
