No - ordinal number for the observation

DayS - day of the season

Period - half month periods

Sex - sex of an individual

moult_cat - category of moult stage

SMI - scaled mass index calculated based on body mass and total head length

Weight - body mass



/UZ_model.csv contains variables:/


No - ordinal number for the observation

Date - date of capturing given individual (note: year is set in all cases as 1970, as only day and mouth of capture were important for the analysis)

DayS - day of the season

Sex - sex of an individual

Fat - fat score

SMI - scaled mass index calculated based on body mass and total head length

moult_cat - category of moult stage

pfmg - % of feather mass grown
