This dataset contains qPCR data supporting the publication “The Anti-Glioblastoma Effects of Novel Liposomal Formulations Loaded with Cannabidiol, Celecoxib, and 2,5-Dimethylcelecoxib”. The study was funded by grant no. 2021/43/O/NZ5/02346 from the National Science Centre, Poland.
The data represent the expression of TBP, PBGD, NRF2, SOD1, NQO1, p50, p65, COX-2, CTNNB1, BIRC5, AXIN2, c-MYC, NEDD9, CCND1 genes in U-138 MG cells after 24-hour treatment with 1, 5 µM and 10 µM cannabidiol (CBD), celecoxib (CELE), 2,5-dimethylcelecoxib (DMC), CBD + CELE, and CBD + DMC loaded in liposomes. Gene expression was analyzed using the quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) method.
