Description

This dataset contains data used for preparation of the publication:

New Torsional Surface Elastic Waves in Cylindrical Metamaterial Waveguides for Sensing Applications, Piotr Kiełczyński, Krzysztof Wieja and Andrzej Balcerzak, Sensors 2025, 25, 143. https://doi.org/10.3390/ s25010143

The research addresses a very important theoretical and practical problem. The authors developed a new surface elastic torsional wave propagating in layered elastic metamaterial waveguides. This new torsional wave can be used in viscosity sensors with very high sensitivity.

This research has been founded by the National Science Centre, Poland, under grant agreement: 2020/39/B/ST8/03505

The data are listed in the OpenDocument Spreadsheet format (.ods).

The first column corresponds to the x-axis.

The second column correspods to the y-axis.

The data were obtained using a PC computer applying the Scilab software packet.
