This database contains raw toxicology data collected from Danio rerio. The data represents the number of hatched embryos following treatment with disulfiram and morphine alone and in combination for 24 or 117h. The hatching rate was assessed 72h or 96h post-fertilization. The toxicological assessment was performed in order to assess the safety of the disulfiram-morphine combination designed as potential antihyperalgesic treatment. The dataset contains: data depicting the number of hatched zebrafish embryos following 24h morphine (0.1-100uM) treatment, data depicting the number of hatched zebrafish embryos following 24h disulfiram (0.1-10uM) treatment, data depicting the number of hatched zebrafish embryos following a 117h exposure to the disulfiram and morphine combination.
