Supplementary material to a scoping review of the published evidence on cardiovascular care for older adults in Council of Europe member states (Poland excluded by design) and in the League of Arab States, read against regional and international human rights instruments. PubMed and the Cochrane Library were searched on 29 October 2026; 1175 records were screened by a large language model (first pass) and independently by a human reviewer; 213 database sources and 9 instruments were charted. Each of 170 empirical studies of care delivery was coded for the information needed to judge whether a difference in care by age is justified: clinical adjustment or eligibility, stated reasons, geriatric variables (frailty, function, cognition, multimorbidity, long-term care residence), the patient’s perspective, and benefit in older patients. A random sample of 35 studies was coded independently by a second reviewer. The dataset contains the PRISMA-ScR checklist, the search strategies and log, the charting workbook (Excel and CSV), and the Python code and data that reproduce all statistics, tables and figures.
