The materials include documentation of experiments on mass spectrometry imaging of Raphanus sativus taproot and stem fragment by LARAPPI/CI MSI (laser ablation remote atmospheric pressure photoionization/chemical ionization mass spectrometry imaging) and UHPLC-UHRMS (ultra-high performance liquid chromatography - ultra high resolution mass spectrometry) analysis of Raphanus sativus taproot and stem fragment extracts using the Bruker Impact II instrument in positive and negative mode.
LARAPPICI_MSI_100x_pesticides: file contains spectral and spatial data generated during the LARAPPI/CI-MSI analysis of taproot cross section of a radish cultivated with 100-times reccomended field dose of used pesticides. The data is in .d format and can be opened using an open-source R package that is freely available.
LARAPPICI_MSI_control: file contains spectral and spatial data generated during the LARAPPI/CI-MSI analysis of taproot cross section of a radish cultivated without pesticide treatment. The data is in .d format and can be opened using an open-source R package that is freely available.
NEG.zip: file contains data from UHPLC-UHRMS analysis in negative mode for each: control radish extract, field dose (Mix1x) pesticide-treated radish extract, 100-times field dose (Mix100x) pesticide-treated radish extract, 100x-metaldehyde-treated (Snacol100x) radish extract, 100x-cypermethrine-treated (Belem100x) radish extract, 100x-azoxystrobine and difenconazole-treated (Scorpion100x) radish extract, including three biological repetitions. The data can be accessed using the free OpenMS software.
