This dataset contains experimental data on the photovoltaic performance and structural stability of flexible wide-bandgap perovskite solar cells, collected within the framework of an NCN OPUS project. The dataset consists of Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet (.xlsx) files and comma-separated values (.csv) files containing raw and processed measurement data. The file Stats1.xlsx includes statistical distributions of photovoltaic parameters derived from current-voltage characterizations of solar cells with varying perovskite precursor compositions. The files Aging40C.xlsx and Aging60C.xlsx contain power conversion efficiency measurements tracking the reliability of devices with different hole-selective contacts during continuous light-soak aging tests at 40 degC and 60 degC. Photovoltaic performance data was recorded using solar simulator integrated software. The file PLspectra.csv provides photoluminescence spectra of perovskite thin films of different compositions after they were subjected to light-soak aging, and collected via spectrophotometer software. The file I2test.xlsx contains electrical conductance measurements evaluating molecular iodine release from the perovskite films. The file TOFSIMS.rar includes elemental depth profiling data (.csv files) tracking halide migration within the device stack, for 3 different perovskite compositions, before and after light-soak aging. Abbreviations used in the dataset: PV (photovoltaic), PCE (power conversion efficiency), SAM (self-assembled monolayer), PL (photoluminescence), TOF-SIMS (time-of-flight secondary ion mass spectrometry). Data processing, statistical evaluation, and initial visualizations were performed using OriginLab and Microsoft Excel software.
