This dataset contains raw data from the analyses published in the article entitled “Towards water-soluble [60]fullerenes for the delivery of siRNA in a prostate cancer model” (doi: 10.1038/s41598-021-89943-5) published in journal Scientific Reports. The raw data were generated during spectroscopic characterization of nanomaterials ( FT-IR and XPS techniques). The data provided correspond to figures published in the main article.
Description of the source data:
Source_Data_FT-IR_JK39.csv: the file contains absorbance (FT-IR) spectrum of fullerene nanomaterial JK39 (Figure 2A).
Source Data XPS_c1s_Hexakisamino.csv: this file contains the results for the C1s line measurement (XPS) of Hexakisamino nanomaterial (Figure 2C ).
Source Data XPS_c1s_JK39.csv: this file contains the results for the C1s line measurement (XPS) of JK39 nanomaterial (Figure 2C).
Source Data XPS_n1s_Hexakisamino.csv: this file contains the results for the N1s line measurement (XPS) of nanomaterial (Figure 2C).
Source Data XPS_n1s_JK39.csv: this file contains the results for the N1s line measurement (XPS) of nanomaterial (Figure 2C).
