With the NCN reporting period nearing, we would appreciate it if you could send your data for review with sufficient lead time. Unfortunately, we will not be able to guarantee priority processing for all datasets received at once.
If you don't see your institution, add your dataset to the main dataverse named "RepOD".

The dataset is connected with the project where main goal is elucidation and description of mechanisms of decreased survival (in the first and second generations), and decreased DNA stability (in subsequent generations) after constant exposure of cricket cohorts (Acheta domesticus -model organism) to sublethal amounts of GO in their food, and also evaluation of physiological and biochemical symptoms of adjustment to such stressful condition.
The partgoals of this project are to check and describe:
* general cell state in GO-exposed crickets to strain and exposure time.
The presented dataset consists of results of important cell health parameters that may change due to intoxication with GO. The investigated parameters are: mitochondrial potential, autophagy, apoptosis, DNA damage, and cell viability
