The materials include documentation of experiments on mass spectrometry imaging of Metschnikowia pulcherrima cultures and phytopathogenic fungi grown together on an agar medium by LARAPPI/CI MSI (laser ablation remote atmospheric pressure photoionization/chemical ionization mass spectrometry imaging). UHPLC-UHRMS (ultra-high performance liquid chromatography - ultra high resolution mass spectrometry) analysis of extracts of each microorganism from each colony was also performed using the Bruker Impact II instrument in positive and negative mode.
