The dataset presents data generated as part of the research project entitled Understanding Efficiency of the New Method for Strengthening and Repairing Structures using Eco-Repair Material (Eco-Jacket). The purpose of the dataset is to enable verification and reproducibility of the experimental, numerical, and microstructural investigations carried out within the project. The collected data provide scientific knowledge regarding the use of spent equilibrium catalyst (Ecat) from the oil refinery industry and recycled steel fibers from end-of-life tires for developing sustainable Eco-UHPFRC strengthening systems with improved mechanical and durability performance. The scope of the dataset includes chemical characterization of constituent materials, rheological measurements, compressive and flexural strength results, fiber pull-out behavior, interface bond-strength tests, durability assessments under aggressive environmental conditions, numerical and theoretical modelling outputs, as well as microstructural analyses including SEM, XRD, TGA, and related experimental datasets associated with the Eco-Jacket strengthening methodology.
